Getting your first message 

Once activated make sure you test call yourself or ideally from another mobile phone.
If you think you activated successfully but calls are not hitting your voicemail:

1. Check your number is correct (HiVoicemail app / settings / my account)
2. Check that CallerID blocking is OFF not ON (Your main device settings / phone)

Tip! In New Zealand and the UK there are LN numbers (land line numbers) or mobile forwarding numbers that point straight to a users mobile. If you have one of these make sure you let support know
