I'm on a Prepay (pay-as-you-go) Mobile plan

Why doesn't Hi work on Prepay or Pay-as-you-go plans?

A big frustration for us (and I'd say quite a few users too) is that our service doesn't work on all mobile plan types.
Prepay plan (or pay-as-you-go) don't allow forwarding for busy or missed calls to our service. On a worldwide basis most mobile operators follow this policy.

What should I do?

There aren't really many options other than moving to a monthly plan.
