I'm having trouble using Hi Voicemail in my car

If you are having trouble listening to messages in your car try these things

  1. Make sure volume on your device and in your car are on and up
  2. Make sure the metal slider (on iPhone) on the left is ON not OFF
  3. Once your phone is connected via blutooth make sure Media is selected in your car settings
