I'm not receiving Voicemails - is there a problem?

First check your phone is forwarding to Touch Voicemail. To do this, dial *#62# on your iPhone. You should see a series of messages, and the first one should read:

Voice Call Forwarding
When Unreachable
Forwards to +XXXXXXX
Enabled
XXXXXXX = Local Access number for your Country

If your phone is showing something different you may find your phone needs Call Forwards Activating: Go to your contacts and call the new contact we created during setup called "Activate Touch Voicemail". Now repeat the step above. If you continue to have problems please email us support@touchvoicemail.com
